Today Is Full Of Possibilities

Welcome, today I have a post showcasing my A4 Layered Grunge Stamp from AALLandCreate. You can find a list of stockists in the Boutique HERE.
I decorated an Etcetera Tag, these are a wonderful substrate to decorate and take so much medium without warping. I began by adding texture, applying Texture Paste to the background and then applying paint layers, in this case Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap Distress Paints. I love how the darker tone sits in the crevices of the Texture Paste.
I used Autour de Mwa's stencil #28, applying Texture Paste over the stencil, removing the stencil and whilst the Paste is still wet I then sprinkled Seth Apter's Dirty Sand Baked Texture over the top. I allowed the Paste to dry completely and then heated the Baked Texture. This gives my tag a wonderful tactile feel.
I am loving my A4 Layered Grunge Stamp, so many possibilites and here I used the stamp to add stamped layers to my tag.
There is so much detail on the A4 stamp, giving me so many possibilites for stamping different elements to the background.
I used a Prima Mould as my focal piece, adding rusty wire to the outside for added texture and interest. I coloured my clay piece with Dina Wakley's Buff Paint, dried with a heat tool and then applied a layer of Ground Espresso Distress Paint to the top, dried a little and then wiped the paint back to give a wonderful aged feel to my piece.
I really enjoyed creating this piece and I am pleased with the outcome.

These are the products used in my creative piece.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy

Loving this one Tracy, the neutral tones are wonderful, I do love that Abs stencil with the Seth powders, it looks, as you say, very tactile. The flower is stunning!!! Another triumph from your crafty hands! Hugs, Anne xx

I always admire art done in a neutral palette! My eye loves all the shadows. Lovely texture from that paste and mold.
