Dreamer of Dreams

I created this piece just for fun. Sometimes its good to foget the deadlines and just go with the flow.
The background of my piece is made from tissue and a stencil and I love the outcome.
I machine stitched the piece to a piece of card and then added to an MDF piece.
The rusy nail was given to me by my friend Jo, she knows me so well. I also machine stitched two vintage ruler pieces to the background.
Chicken wire adds a further texture to my design.
I added a couple of cross stitches and added a clay face to my little vintage tin. I love adding vintage pieces to my artwork.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x

Hi Tracy,

Not visited in a while I'm afraid, health has forced me cut back to just DT visits, but wanted to pop by and say how much I am enjoying seeing you and your creations on Hochanda, have always loved your crafting style and you are a wonderful source of inspiration, thank you.

A gorgeous creation Tracy, I adore that tissue background and the way you created such a vintage look with the addition of the rusty nail and ruler and the chicken wire is just the icing on the cake! Love it! Hugs, Anne xx
