Be You, Bravely!

I have been creating once again with Trish Latimer's WhimsyGirl Three, one of Trish's newly released stamps, which you can find HERE.
I opted to give Trish's WhimsyGirl the rusty treatment today.
I used Finnabair's Prima Rust Pastes to add the texture and rust effect to my card.
She is holding a rusty star and I have added delicate splatters of paint as a contrast and also included very light highlights with Treasure Gold.
I applied Grunge Paste over the Stars Layering Stencil to add texture and interest to the backdrop along with some cotton fibres.
added a Chitchat sticker and coloured her face with coloured pencils and added a piece of natural twine for added texture and interest.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x

Definitely took me by surprise with this one Tracy! What an unusual but spectacular rusty background. Hubby says she's and alien from the Planet Rustalicious so her clothing is made from the planet particles but her body is only a normal looking covering!! The rope hold magical powers!!! Heheheheheh - I guess that could be!!! Nevertheless - it's EXTRAORDINARY CREATIVITY and I think it's WONDERFUL!!! Xj.

Your grungy, rusty background is beautiful Tracy and I love that you have used Trish's girl stamp in a 'rustic' way! It just shows that they don't always have to be used in a cutsie way. This is fabulous! Hugs, Anne xx
