Live In The Moment

Hi and welcome to today's blog post, where I am sharing a project using my stamp set from AALLandCreate.
I am using my butterfly stamp set which you can find HERE. I began by applying Low Tack Tape around the edges of my kraft card and I then blended Distress Oxide Ink to the aperture area still visible. I then placed Autour de Mwa stencil #12 which you can find HERE onto the inked background and applied texture paste and then dried with a heat tool.

I then added a light dusting of Infusions Crystals and then spritzed with water and then dried with a heat tool.
I then removed the Low Tack Tape to reveal the design in the central area.
I love the texture from the stencil. I then added some doodles around the edge of the design to add a further layer of interest.
I added a wooden circular piece and then stamped my butterfly onto vintage music paper, cut out and then adhered to the wooden piece, adding cotton threads behind for further texture.
I added a vintage rusty nail to the Butterfly body for added dimension and interest and also included a Quote Chip.
To complete, I added some black twine around the outside of my dimensional focal piece.

All the AALLandCreate products are available from the Boutique HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x

Beautiful card and one of my favorite so far. I love the butterfly but those white lines and the border are perfect and draw my eye right to the center.
Love this, Tracy!
