The Silence!

I created today's card just for fun.
  1. Apply Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink to the background of white card, blending the colour to add layers and depth to the colour. Continue to apply colour until you are happy with the depth and vibrancy. Rub over the card with an Anti Static Bag.
  2. Place the Visible Image Grungy Union Jack Stencil onto the coloured background and apply VersaMark Ink over the stencil, applying with a piece of Cut 'n' Dry Foam.
  3. Remove the stencil and then sprinkle with Clear Embossing Powder. Melt the powder with a heat tool.
  4. Blend Vintage Photo Distress Ink over the embossed image, again blending the ink with an Ink Blending Tool or piece of Cut 'n' Dry Foam, applying layers of colour to give depth.
  1. Add delicate splatters of black paint to give a further layer of interest.
  2. Staple the background piece to a piece of black card and then onto a further layer of card coloured with Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink.
  1. Die cut a Raven from Tim Holtz Halloween Clippings Stickers.
  2. Add a touch of shading around the Raven with Black Soot Distress Ink.
  1. Before adhering the die cut Raven to the card, place the Visible Image Skull Shadow Stencil onto the background and then blend Black Archival Ink over the stencil.
  2. Affix the Raven to the card.
  3. Add a Clippings Sticker to the background.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
