Winter Skates

I am always thrilled to be published in the Making Cards Magazine and this time around I thought I would showcase two of my favourites from October's Edition.
The first card made it onto the front cover of the magazine which is a huge thrill for me.
I love how detailed the skates are and look so textural. Obviously I will not go into details re how you make the card as that is in the current issue of the magazine.
Here is a copy of the magazine, my pumpkin card also appears on the front cover too.
I also created a second card to complement the first.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a lovely creative weekend. Tracy x x

Tracy -- Both of these are gorgeous. I want that skate die :)!!!! I really love the stamped Let It Snow on the bow on the second card (and the Stamp frame. Such a fantastic job on the colors and embellishments. No wonder they put your cards on the cover :) Congrats. Hugs to you -- Mary Elizabeth

Love the well-worn look on those skates - they've certainly seen some action and are well-loved! I think the starry version is my favourite - love the use of the metal plaque.
