SHARP OWL

The SHARP OWL is making an appearance again this week decorating a huge tag I created for 100 Proof Press.
My background has been created using Fresco Finish Paints and a stencil, blending the paint with cut 'n' dry foam.
I stamped the ASPARAGUS FERN SPRIG randomly around my background to add a further layer of interest along with some random text, stamped with a coordinated Fresco Finish Paint. I have added coordinated ribbon, stapled into place along with a bird cage charm for added dimension and interest.
I added three machine stitched lines to ground my owl, stamping the owl twice to add dimension. I also added some random stamping to the owl's body, and a button threaded with twine.
From this picture you can see the dimension on the owl's body. I also added OWL using Alpha parts.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x

He's certainly been put to good use Tracy. The background is lovely - really effective, nearly 3D to look at.

How cool. Even your background stamping looks dimensional. I had to really look close tp see it was just stamped. Cool owl too.

I love it when you use this owl, he is fabulous. The background looks like trellis work and looks so dimensional - I thought it was a die cut. Very clever and a stunning result! Anne x

Just beautiful. Love the background and how you blended the colors together. The Owl popped up is perfect and love how you painted the fringe to match.
