I had an hour to myself this morning and thought I would make a quick card for the Grungy Monday challenge which I have not had chance to join in with for a while. The challenge is to create a little something taking inspiration from Tim HERE.
I used the technique Tim used on my snowman using Alcohol ink colours, stonewashed, sail boat blue and denim. The background is stamped with the stamp from Season's Silhouettes in manganese blue Archival Ink.
I added SNOW to jump rings and added them as buttons to the snowman. I also added BRRR to memo pins.
A little blue scarf from ribbon completes my piece. A simple card but one I enjoyed making just for fun.
Thanks for stopping by, Tracy x x

Love it! Such a great combination of stamps and images - the Brrr is fab. I wish my days were as productive as your one hour... but I have at last attacked the overgrown garden...and pruned enough until 2014.

Boah woooooow what a gorgeous winter card.
Love the different blue color. Great work Tracy.
What a fabulous blue Christmas card Tracy. You have achieved so much in an hour, it would have taken me more than that just to get my ideas together.
Love all the elements especially the memo pins.

Love the brilliant blue color, the snowman is great.
It's always nice to be able to do things for fun and do them for yourself, isn't it? An absolutely gorgeous card and if you can produce this in a hour, do you fancy coming over to mine? I've got a deadline looming and 20 cards to make, I could do with some crafty inspiration... lol.
Hope you had a good weekend.
Love Emma xx
