Thistle

I love the format of these bookmark cards, I find them so eye catching. Again this was created during a recent Facebook Live and you can rewatch the video below.

I love the spotlight on this card, I feel it really pops against the background.

I also incorporated some white onto the background using the Broken Circles Stencil.

I coloured the Thistle with my pencils.

Mixed Media Pear Canvas

Morning everyone, today I have a mixed media piece using my newly released A4 Stamp "Plant Your Dreams" #320 from AALLandCreate. A list of our Stockists can be found HERE.

Once again I created this piece during a recent Facebook Live, the video is below should you wish to rewatch.

I love adding the detailed pictures as you can really see all the layers involved in this piece.

I love the calico on this piece along with the embroidery hoop and rusty tin wire they really add not only to giving a spotlight but also texture.

I also added some background stamping using my newly released A7 stamp "Splattered Numbers" #350.

Strelitzia

Morning everyone, today I have a framed piece using my newly released A4 Stamp "Plant Your Dreams" #320 from AALLandCreate. A list of our Stockists can be found HERE.

This piece is quite a simple piece but I think it has a real classy feel especially when framed.

I stamped the Strelitzia with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink and then used a waterbrush to blend out some of the colour on the flower heads and stem.

I added a couple of splatters using the wonderful versatile little splatter stamp that comes on the same stamp set.  I also blended Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink around the edges of my piece and then spritzed with water to give some bleached out areas.

I also included some stamping from my A7 background stamp "Splattered Numbers" #350, one of my favourite stamps.  I also stamped 'plant' onto calico and highlighted the 'P' with a paperclip to give an added touch of interest to my design.

Pear Frame

Morning everyone, today I have a framed piece using my newly released A4 Stamp "Plant Your Dreams" #320 from AALLandCreate. A list of our Stockists can be found HERE.

I was so pleased with how this piece turned out. It was created during a recent Facebook Live and you can rewatch the video below. On the live I recreated it as a card.

I adore the little shaker element I added to the pear, it gives a little dimension and a little quirky touch.

I also incorporated some numbers using my A7 Stamp "Splattered Numbers" #350.

I also added some clear embossing to the FRUIT wording and to the leaf.

I also added a piece of Calico for added texture along with a piece of Mica.

Garden Tools Shadow Frame

Good Morning everyone, today I have a mixed media piece I created during a recent Facebook Live. This piece showcases my newly released A5 Stamp Set Garden Tools #326 from AALLandCreate. You can find a list of our Stockists HERE.

I love the background on this piece and the layered embellishment pieces which bring the project to life.

The twine element acts as a spotlight to the focal imagery.

I also incorporated a plant label coloured with Alcohol Inks, love this touch.

Of course we could not forget Brian the snail.

Collector of Curiosities

Beetle

Good morning, today I have a card using my newly released Border Stamp "Beetle" #335, I am so in love with this stamp and it can be used in conjunction with so many of my other designs. You can find a list of our Stockists HERE.

I created this card on a recent Facebook Live and if you missed it the first time around you can catch it on rewind on the video below.

I was so thrilled with the shaker element I thought it added a little quirky touch.

I have added a few close up shots so that you can see all the detail. I also incorporated my A7 Stamp "Splattered Numbers" #350, which I adore using.

I love that pop of colour from the beetle and the dimension the shaker gives to the design.

The touches of black bring life to the design and I love the touch of book page.
