Beetle Card

 Afternoon everyone, today I have a card for you showcasing my Beetle Border Stamp #335, combined with my A7 Splattered Numbers Stamp #350 and my older Border Stamp #34.

I love the colours on this piece, the turquoise/blues work so well with touches of white.

From this picture you can see all the layers that I created on my circular Gel Plate.

I love the pops of black to bring the piece to life.

The circular frame acts as a spotlight for the focal image of the beetle.

Plant Your Dreams

Morning everyone, hope you are all well.

Today I am showcasing a book cover, which is a workshop which I am running on 24th, 25th 31st October 2020. If you would like to join me, please email me - tracy@craft-addicts.co.uk

During the workshop we will create the book and the pages, they are a fun, relaxed environment where we simply enjoy the process of creating.

I love the vibrancy of the pages and at the moment I am really enjoying the process of creating books.

I have also incorporated some metal elements for further interest and dimension.

Bee Plaque

 Morning everyone, hope you are all well. Today I have a mixed media plaque using my Honeybee stamp #330.

I also created this piece during a Facebook Live. I always think its lovely to revisit a project and look at it in more detail. Below is the video, whould you wish to rewatch.

Below are some more close ups.

I love the background on the plaque, it adds so much texture to the design.

The frame really draws the eye into the focal imagery.

The Honeybee image is such a good size and can stand alone to give a statement.

I also incorporated some metal embellishments for further interest and dimension.

Winged Silhouette

Morning everyone, today I am showcasing my card I created on my Facebook Live this week. I was so pleased with the result, using my A4 Stamps "Eclectic Silhouette" #113 comgined with "Nature Elements" #267.

I used Distress Oxide Inks Fossilized Amber and Vintage Photo to create my background and to colour my focal imagery.

I also decorated the inside of my card to give a professional finish to the design.

I love adding a touch of metal embellishments for further interest and dimension to my design.

Framed Beetle

 Morning everyone, today I have a framed mixed media piece using my Beetle Border Stamp #335.

Ribbit Ribbit

 Morning everyone, today I have a circular canvas using my "Ribbit Ribbit" stamp set #327.

I adore this frog and I love the little optical lense I used to highlight the flower in the centre of his body.

I love how the embroidery hoop acts as a spotlight to showcase the frog further.

I also included some metal embellishments in the form of Index Clips.

I also incorporated some stamped calico and some further stamped detail using stamp set #350 Splattered Numbers.

Mixed Media Honeybee Plaque

Morning everyone, welcome. Today I have a mixed media plaque using my A5 Stamp Set "Honeybee" #330.

I loved creating this piece, just adding cohesive layers to showcase the bee was so much fun.

I love the addition of the pocket watch to house the bee.
The chicken wire adds further texture to the design along with the paperclip and vintage book page.

Simple Layered Card

 Morning everyone, hope you are all well, today I have a card using my A5 Honeybee stamp #330 combined with my Enjoy The Journey Stamp #321.

I love the colour blend on this piece, the two colours work so well together.

Framed Strelitzia

Morning everyone, welcome. Today I have a mixed media piece using the Strelitzia image from my A4 Stamp Set "Plant Your Dreams" #320.

I love the embossing on the Garden Label, it just adds a further texture.
The frames help to draw the eye into the focal image.
I adore this little metal frame housing a real hydrangea flower petal.
