Journey To Paris

This week I am showcasing the Eiffel Tower, Honeycomb Texture Background, Fleur De Lis 2, Postcard Scroll and the Mode de Paris stamps  from 100 Proof Press.
I have showcased the images on a vintage cabinet card coloured with mowed lawn and salty ocean Distress Inks, flicking with water for a wonderful mottled backdrop.
A fleur de lis was cut from white card and the aperture used as a stencil in the background and one used as an embellishment in the foreground coloured with mowed lawn Distress Ink and an old Eiffel Tower earring added to the top.  The Eiffel Tower has been stamped in black Archival Ink and coloured with salty ocean Distress Ink and Postcard has been stamped to the top of the cabinet card. The Honeycomb Texture has been added to the background for added interest. I added PARIS to the bottom of the card along with an Eiffel Tower brass charm. Faux stitching adds a further layer of interest.
The inside of the vintage cabinet card has once again been coloured with Distress Inks, tissue tape has been added along with more background stamping from the Honecomb Texture background, this time stamped with white paint.
This picture highlights more of the layers in the background and once again the Eiffel Tower has been used as the focal image along with the Mode de Paris stamp.
I stamped the Fleur de Lis 2 onto the back panel with black Archival Ink and added white highlights along with more pieces of tissue tape.
'P' for PARIS has been added along with an Eiffel Tower brass charm.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x
