FLY

I've been using the embossing diffusers once again in conjunction with the fabulous Generic Bird Diagram from 100 Proof Press.
The colours are inspired by those over at The Play Date Cafe. I have used the damask embossing folder in conjunction with the oval diffuser and coloured with Distress Ink.

I have used the bird branch die to add the branch for my bird to sit on again coloured with Distress Ink, adding a little dimension to my bird on his body and wing.
I cut out three hearts and added FLY along with a rose cut using the tattered pinecone die and coloured with Distress Inks.  My rose is two toned, adding one colour of Distress Ink, pink tone on one side and blue tone on the other.  A little ribbon, hat pins and little friend for my bird complete my card.

Thanks for stopping by, Tracy x x

What is a diffuser? Is it something you put over the embossing folder to stop that bit in the middle pressing? Whatever it is you have done if wonderfully, this is a fabulous card, the colours look wonderful! xx

Brilliant design. Love how the bird is framed by the oval and the word spelled in hearts is so clever!
