For Simon Says Stamp and Show, your chance to indulge in ANYTHING creative, ANYTHING at all!

I was definitely thinking of SPRING with this little Easter duo, a card and decorated gift bag using the Easter Elements die.

The background on the card has been decorated using the mini harlequin Crafters Workshop template sponged with vintage photo Distress Ink onto Claudine Hellmuth's Sticky Back Canvas, giving great texture to the card. Distress Stain wild honey and a little vintage photo were used to colour the canvas, adding a little random machine stitching for interest.  Salvage Stickers have been used to add EASTER to my card adding Glossy Accents to the top for dimension. A little background stamping from ART RULES has been added to the body of my bunny and again a little machine stitching for interest.

WISH from Just Word Art has been stamped in black Archival Ink and the bow has been cut from the coloured canvas and added to the bunny. For added interest I have hand sewn some coordinated buttons to one side of my card.

No gift is complete without a coordinated gift bag again decorated using the Easter Elements die cut from canvas coloured with Distress Stain wild honey and vintage photo.  This time I hand stitched the bunny and the butterfly to my bag. The bow has been cut from felt for a little more texture. For the finishing touch I added a dimensional Tattered Floral cut from calico and coloured with a little wild honey Distress Ink.
