WOYWW 21st April

Well its that time again, another Wednesday is here, I blame Julia for the weeks going so quickly, and I blame Julia for my obsession with Wednesday's.  If you want to join in the fun pop over to Julia's blog here.  Well what's on my desk this week? I have two challenges I have been working on, one for Play Date Cafe and one I'm still working on which is the hearts, which is for the Sunday Stamper Challenge, but its still not finished.

Been one of those weeks where I don't seem to be able to get anything finished when planned, luckily we have two weeks to finish this challenge.  (I blame my new pup, Mitzi who is taking up most of my time at the minute LOL).

I have also taken a close up shot for you of my work in progress on my desk this week, I am just hoping it still isn't sitting there next Wednesday.

To the right of my desk is a pile of purchases, which I am not supposed to be purchasing, as I promised myself I would use everything I have in my stash already.  Another great plan gone to pot as they say.

I have piled all my stash ontop of my BigShot, another new purchase, for the sole purpose of being able to purchase the new Tim Holtz Alterations, which I love especially when used with grungepaper.  I also like the fact I have endless possibilities with the materials I can cut out using the BigShot.  I keep making up excuses for my purchases that way it makes me feel a little better for spending so much money LOL.

In my final shot I have moved a little to the left to show you my stash on a carousel I purchased a while ago.

The plan with the carousel was that anything I purchased would be clipped on there to ensure I used all my new purchases.  This has worked to some degree, however, my purchases outway my work output.  I still have a mass of new products that I have still not used to-date, however, my shop closes at the end of April so I will have stacks of time to pursue my hobbies, crafting and gardening and eventually using all my stash at least once.

If you would like to join in the fun why not pop over to the Stamping Ground and say hi to Julia and the other obsessive Wednesdayers just like me LOL.

Happy Wednesday, enjoy your crafting, Tracy xx

It all looks pretty organised though Tracy. I can take the blame, I've broad shoulders - but the poor wee puppy!! The hearts look fab. And if you think that you'll do more because you're going to have more time - aha! You haven't heard my theory. I may blog about it, it consumes my life. But I might not have time!!

It seems like one of life's necessities to buy more stash, but I could do with some means of reminding myself of the stuff that I bought some time ago.
Lovely things to snoop around... thanks.

Your space is lovely and so well organized. Those hearts are delightful. Can't wait to see the finished project. Love that ATC hanger, too. I considered getting one, but shipping is more than the actual holder.

Have a delightful WOYWW.

Oh Tracy, you'll be able to handle it better once you realise that stash doesn't have to have a purpose in order to be bought!! Great project on the go too.

I love your work in progress.
Other than plain card stock and adhesives ....I could probably scrap for about 5 years ...atleast without a buying spree ...I just have to admit ...like most crafters ....I'm an addict.
You look very organized and tidy by the way

great idea for the carousel. I have a cropper hopper paper storage box that I use - & yes, you are not the only one who purchases more than they use! lol! I seem to be a collector of SB supplies as well as a crafter!
