A MIXED BAG!

A few weeks ago I created some samples for one of Julia's shows on Create and Craft using the Couture Creations 3-in-1 Sets from Creative Expressions.

This card uses the BUTTERFLY COLLECTION. The idea with the 3-in-1 sets is that you can stamp your design, emboss with coordinated embossing folder and cut with coordinated dies all contained within the 3-in-1 set.
I coloured my background with Vintage Photo and Peeled Paint Distress Inks and distress the edges to add to the aged feel. The focal image has been stamped with Black Archival Ink. I also placed the stamp uppermost onto a flat surface, added a heart cookie cutter on top of the stamp and then poured Black Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel into the cutter. I then highlighted the wonderful detail with Enchanted Gold Gilding Wax.
I poured a puddle of Black Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel onto a Non-Stick Craft Sheet and then pressed the stamp into the hot enamel to give me my dimensional embellishment.
I had a fantastic response to my last BLOG CANDY, the winner was drawn on Monday morning and the parcel has now been sent to ( barbarayaya62 said...
What a fantastic candy Tracy!!!! Your candy would be a really wonderful Christmas gift! Thanks for the chance and for your kind words on my blog! BArbarayaya). I hope Barbara enjoys the goodies.

However I have been having another sort out of my craft room and I have another GIVEAWAY. I have some second hand stamps that need a new home, probably a small box full. If you are interested simply leave a comment below. Some stamps have only been used once. I will probably add some alterable items too. A little Christmas gift from me to you, my loyal followers. THANK YOU.

Thanks for stopping by. Tracy x x
