She Knows Her Own Strength

I've created a card using the fabulous Cowgirl Strength from Artistic Outpost.

My inspiration began with the flowers sent to me by my fellow DT member Suzz, I thought they were perfect for adding a feminine touch to my image.
I loved the combination of the earthy tones and the warm red which again was inspired by the flowers.  The star background paper is from one of Tim's paper pads with a little fired brick ink sponged around the edges.  I coloured my focal image with Distress Markers and matt and layered onto coordinated card.
I added the bunting to the top of my card for a little more interest along with a flower to her hat.  I love the sentiment with this set "She Knows Her Own Strength" which I think will work perfectly with so many female images.

    What a great card the colours are so earthy but the red flowers just lift it a little. The flower on her hat softens her as well. The bunting was a great addition. Fantastic

    The image and background are beautiful but I think the addition of the flowers, especially the one on the hat really finish it off well. Love your combination of colours and the gorgeous bunting too.
