Handsome Hares

I thought I would have another try at Art Journaling for my 100 Proof Press DT piece this week.
I decided to use the Large Handome Hares (a favourite of mine from 100 Proof Press) along with the Angle Pocket Watch for my journal page. The background has had Gesso applied and then been coloured with Distress Inks tea dye and vintage photo and then had water spritzed over the top to blend the colours and to give some splatters. I have used the Time Travel Crafters Workshop template to add the clock images, again using Distress Inks vintage photo and black soot.
The Hares have been coloured with Distress Ink and then I have added water with a paint brush to remove some of the colour from the handsome jackets, giving white highlights.
I have coloured a piece of white card with DI vintage photo and stamped the Angle Pocket Watch onto the coloured card with black archival ink, cut out the images and then added to the top of my page.  I have added HANDSOME HARES using an alphabet set of stamps from Papermania and added the dictionary definition of Hare to the bottom of my page.
Handsome Hares has been hand written with a Pitt pen around my clocks.

Mmmmm may try this Art Journaling again!!!!

Thanks for stopping by and thank you all so much for the lovely comments regarding my DT position with Creative Expressions, I appreciate them all.  Tracy x x
