Summer Tag

Today I have a summery tag using the fabulous Artistic Outpost Birds Of A Feather images.
I decorated the background with Broken China and Mustard Seed Distress Paints applying the paints with my brayer. I also added touches of background stamping with Broken China Distress Ink and included some painty circles to give my tag an artsy feel. I have also added a few paint splatters to the background for added interest.
I die cut three circles from white card, coloured with Distress Paints and then added the images from the Birds Of A Feather plate, stamping with Potting Soil Archival Ink and again adding subtle paint splatters to each circle. I have also added three roses for a touch more dimension.
Died seam binding and twine have been added to the top along with a feather embellishment coloured with Distress Paint and a heart charm.
Two small banners have been tucked behind the larger circle and a 'summer' Chitchat sticker added to the top.
