Continuing with the theme of SHADES OF RED to coincide with Artistic Outpost's Feburary referral theme I have created another patriotic card using the London Underground and Loverly London plates.
I have used grey board in the background which I have painted with Gesso and then sponged with Distress Ink brushed corduroy and edged with vintage photo ink. I have then stamped Cheerio with coffee Archival Ink randomly over the background.
I have cut three hearts from white card and added the images with vermillion Archival Ink and sponged with brushed corduroy again adding vintage photo to the edges. Three black heart jewels have then been added to each heart. The flag has been added and I have stamped Cheerio to the top of the flag.
To complete I have added London 2012 to the bottom of the card. This would make a great card for anyone celebrating a birthday around the Olympics.
We would love to see your creations for the February referral theme over at Artistic Outpost and there is a fabulous prize on offer too.
Thanks for stopping by, Tracy x x
