Today I am showcasing a mixed media journal using my newly released A5 Stamp "Teasel" #239, from AALLandCreate. Our stockists can be found HERE.
I am so thrilled with the way this one turned out. If you want to watch the demo you can find this one on Hochanda on rewind. My shows were on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th October for AALLandCreate.
My teasel stamp is added to tissue, simple tissues that you blow your nose with lol and the result is better than I could have expected, I love it!
I also added some numbers from the number background stamp on my Brush Flower Border Stamp #234, this stamp is going to be used over and over.
I added a vintage watch face along with some stamped calico, which is fastly becoming a favourite thing of mine, stamping onto calico to give a different texture.
My substrate is Eileen Hull's Journal Die. I also added some random machine stitching to my background for a further texture.
This is the back of my journal, showcasing the Lotza Dotz Stencil.
I also incorporated a rusty nail and some coloured pebble type embellishments.
Thanks for all your support with my new release, I appreciate all your comments and feedback. Tracy x x

Fabulous technique and the stitching gives it real texture - love it! xx
Absolutely gorgeous Tracy! The green looks fabulous against the tissue background and I adore the rusty nail. Hope you have a lovely weekend. Hugs, Anne xx
I love your fabulous teasel stamp and it looks just glorious here in the textured version. The tissue (hanky tissue!) stamping effect is magical, and I love the stitching detail too.
