This week I am showcasing the fabulous Think and Wonder Plate for my weekly DT piece for Artistic Outpost.
The background for my card has been created by applying spray inks to bubbles and then simply pressing the card onto them, I love this effect!
I stamped the focal image with Black Archival Ink, I love the contrast between the black ink and the more subtle background.
I added three Bitty Blossoms die cut from vintage book pages and coloured the edges of the petals with Salty Ocean Distress Ink.
I added a piece of torn book page to the bottom of my card to ground the focal image and I also included coordinated twine and an enamel tag, with Remnant Rubs Words added to the top.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x

Ohh!! This is fabulous. I love to see some of the step-by-step photos of the bubble process. I've got to try this. It made such a wonderful background for this precious Artistic Outpost stamp. Love the enamel tag too! -- Mary Elzabeth

I can't quite figure out how you did the background but it is certainly very effective! Love the muted tones and the flowers are a delight. Hugs, Anne x
Very beautiful color scheme--so ethereal! I must explore this bubble process!
Love this stamp and it looks fabulous with the background.
Absolutely stunning bubbly background (and it sounds such fun to do too!)... and I love how you've grounded them on the strip of book page - appropriate with all those letters behind them... Brilliant!
